Hi Everyone!

We have a fun few days ahead of us and we wanted to provide some helpful information regarding what's happening.

• TEAM T-SHIRTS: We received our team t-shirts! We will have them ready to distribute at today's practices. We have a shirt for every swimmer (Blue Crabs and Mini Crabs), so please make sure to pick yours up.

• TEAM PHOTO: We will be wearing the team t-shirt for our team picture, which will take place after practice concludes (we will start lining up at about 6:00 PM). To cover the cost of the photographer and to provide a memory for you, the team photo is available to purchase here.

• PICTURE DAY: While practice is going on we will also have our individual/sibling photo sessions available starting at about 4:45 PM. If you would like to sign up for that please RSVP here and then purchase your session here.

• PEP RALLY: The Seahawks have invited our team to join them at their pep rally tomorrow night. Come out for some fun, games, and pool time from 5:30-7:00 PM at the Harris Street pool. The Seahawks requested some assistance with running things, so if you're available to help you can sign up here.

• MEET INFORMATION: Our first swim meet is this Saturday morning at the Lake Linganore Dolphins. We will send out the meet program to participants as soon as we have it (likely tomorrow evening). In the meantime, they provided us with this PDF which includes directions for parking, our team area, and other helpful information. Please plan to arrive around 7:00 AM to get situated. Swimmer warm-ups will start at 7:30 AM. If you're available to help out, we could still use just a few more volunteers, especially in clerk of course. You can sign up for that here.

• MEET THEME: This Saturday we will be having a PAJAMA PARTY! Come to our swim meet dressed in your favorite, fun PJ's to show your team spirit! At practice next week the coaches will recognize and celebrate your team spirit with some swimmer of the week awards!

And, finally, two bonus items:

1. If you ordered apparel we expect to receive it tomorrow. We are hoping to be able to offer a pick-up time from 7:00-8:00 PM. Once we have the gear we will send you the details for pick-up.
2. Our wonderful team photographer and social media maestro, Kerry Douty, has made photos available from our time trials this past Saturday. You can enjoy checking them out by clicking on "photos" next to the event listing here.
